Key responsibilities include identifying process improvements of the securities and derivatives settlement process using data analysis tools methodologies completing operational tasks focused on administering defined procedures analyses report preparation analyzing data making recommendations for the launch of new products services or upgraded platforms minimizing risk to the bank by monitoring errors suggesting solutions that reduce errors ensuring adherence to audit control policies identifying policy gaps proposing efforts to streamline the securities derivatives settlement processes monitoring analyzing evaluating processes data to ensure accuracy quality of completed settlement tasks maintaining an in-depth understanding of how the team collaborates with other areas accomplishing assigned tasks appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation safeguarding Citigroup its clients assets driving compliance with applicable laws rules regulations adhering Policy applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior conduct business practices escalating managing reporting control issues with transparency.
