- Plans, directs, monitors, and coordinates activities of assigned IT projects to ensure completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversees project tasks, maintains adherence to organizational project management standards, and ensures work efforts are completed according to defined processes.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions, ensuring clarity on timelines, staffing, funding, and required procedures.
- Develops and manages all project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, status reports, and risk logs.
- Addresses prioritization, commitments, and deliverables while identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
- Handles multiple small to medium-scale projects simultaneously and supports continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally with exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or multi-industry environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading project teams.
- 3+ years working in an Agile Software Development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple simple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, evidence-based decision-making, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Readiness to travel and flexibility for shifting schedules (including night shift) and extended hours.
- Ability to influence without authority and work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and proficiency in customer relations.
- High level of organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with modern ICT tools and project-related technologies.
- Comply with the organization's Software Development Life Cycle, Agile Scrum framework, and CMMI standards.
- Develop and deliver Project Charters and other required PM documentation, ensuring acceptance by Business Sponsors.
- Oversee project task completion and ensure compliance with defined PM standards.
- Maintain timely communication with stakeholders through reports, meeting notes, and updates.
- Identify project risks, evaluate ineffective strategies, and recommend corrective measures.
- Develop and execute project plans in collaboration with Project Manager II, Technical Leads, and Business Sponsors.
- Conduct ongoing project evaluation and perform necessary adjustments to maintain project progress.
- Stay updated on PM methodologies, tools, regulations, and market trends.
- Enforce quality procedures within the SDLC and contribute to continuous QA improvements.
- Review testing outputs and provide recommendations.
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through effective reporting, presentations, and communication.
- Demonstrate business understanding and provide relevant recommendations to address concerns.
- Record activities in the Atlas Logs tool and escalate issues as needed.
- Support compliance with audit and CMMI procedures.
- Prepare and submit required reports.
- Monitor project financials and provide feedback on team member performance.
- Collaborate closely with application development team members.
- Promote effective team interaction aligned with company values and goals.
- Provide support to team members to ensure continuity of service.
- Expand knowledge on business processes, systems, and IT concepts.
- Stay updated on project management methodologies, tools, and industry updates.
