- Supports the Policy Team in reviewing policy briefs for all endorsed corporate policies, including pertinent updates and document maintenance (e.g., upload original policies and briefs in e-Library) regularly
- Aids in the access provisioning process for new account setup, extension, and deactivation of SAP ECC (corporate ERP system) user accounts for Finance staff, by evaluating new accounts and extensions upon request, and overseeing log-on activities within 60 days
- Serves as the group's Finance Analyst and Admin Support responsible for generating purchase requests for the group, conducting quarterly Cost Center Variance Report (CCVR) analysis and reporting, month-end and year-end accruals, and annual Latest Estimate (LE)/Original Budget (OB) planning
- Contributes to the team's continuous enhancement efforts by grasping the current process, documenting procedures, identifying gaps, recognizing internal controls, and presenting suggestions for enhancements.
- Assists in achieving the yearly training schedule through collaboration with subject matter specialists, HROD, and Finance Leadership Team (FLT) in the planning, execution, and assessment of the training sessions and updating participants' progress throughout the endorsed training timetable
- Holder of a Business or Management-related degree (e.g. Business Administration, Management, Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting)
- With 3-4 years of industry background
- Ideally a CPA with SAP operational proficiency
- Preferably equipped with training in Fundamentals of Risk Management and Business Process Improvement
- Exhibits exceptional business writing capabilities
