About the role
At Careplus International Services Inc., we are seeking a enthusiastic Travel & Airlines Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role based in our Bagong Ilog, Pasig City office, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the travel and airline industry.
What you'll be doing
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, flight information, and airline policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry changes to better assist customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we're looking for
- Recent graduate or entry-level experience in customer service or a call centre environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic and effective customer support
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with travel and airline industry terminology and processes is preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
