Job summary
The role serves as a crucial liaison between the Head of AP, local FBS teams, and Projects ensuring implementation operational enforcement of new/current processes approved by the AP Head in collaboration with senior management provides risk management advice considering local market nuances oversees UAT activities within his/her scope This position follows a hybridwork arrangement
Responsibilities
- Preparation presentation tracking counter-steering of KPIs/OKRs through data-driven dashboards for reporting
- Responsible for UAT activities across APAC and EU regions ensuring adequate capacity planning seamless implementation of workflows for end-to-end Accounts Payable processes while executing directives from the AP Head
- Collaborating operationally with local country stakeholders on AP processes including standardizing procedures providing training taking into account local nuances legal obligations regulations This position supports transactional operational aspects of AP after the Head has assessed authorized any required modifications
- This role entails executing MEC directives from the Head of AP It requires effectively communicating operating supporting these decisions across all local operations Monitors timely execution standard MEC process assists local country stakeholders teams general MEC inquiries
