• Handles manufacturing section/s whose primary role is to ensure that all activities are done in a systematic and accurate approach for consistent product availability, optimum yield results, and excellent product quality.
• Expected to embody the management directives through operating processes rationalization, waste and cost reduction, finished goods requirements affirmation, innovation and employee supervision.
• Leads the team in planning and exceeding the required target output taking into consideration all facets of production (material planning, equipment availability, manpower requirement, line balancing, and production methodology).
• Ensures compliance to management protocols, operational standards, and regulatory requirements to prevent any critical losses that may affect the overall operations.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principle and ensure that the programs are religiously followed and put into culture in the production line.
• Plans and prepares weekly production schedule based on the job orders received.
• Responsible for the efficient utilization of labor energy, raw materials and time.
• Apply proper techniques to make the task easier.
• Ensure that production quota is achieved by the operator

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Communication Engineering.
• With at least 2-5 years relevant supervisory experience in a metal stamping manufacturing industry.
• With excellent ability to lead, coach, and develop group of personnel assigned in routine to complex operational processes.
• With advanced knowledge in quality and safety.
• Embodies positive working attitude, systematic approach, analytical and conceptual ability, mental alertness, focus, and excellent communication skills.
