    Job Summary:

    The User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Associate works under the guidance of the UI/UX to contribute to the design and usability of digital products. He/she works with UI/UX designers and support various design activities to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

    How will you contribute:

    • Collaborate with UI/UX lead and team members in designing user interfaces for digital products. Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes as directed
    • Participate in user research efforts, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behavior and preferences. Assist in the analysis of user feedback and data to inform design decisions
    • Creates interactive prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts. Support usability testing efforts to collect user feedback for design refinement
    • Maintain design consistency and adhere to established design guidelines and principles. Contribute to the creation and organization of design assets and style guides.
    • Work closely with the UI/UX team, product managers, and develops to ensure that design solutions align with project goals and technical feasibility
    • Continuously improve skills and stay updated with the latest design tools, techniques and trends. Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance design capabilities

    What will make you successful:

    • College graduate
    • At least 2 years experience in visual user interface design.
    • Passion for people and the curiosity to understand their behavior and attitudes towards money and technology
    • Obsessed with defining problems as well as creating the design solutions
    • Working knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD etc
    • Possess a portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of the basics of visual and interaction design
    • Skills in iconography and illustration design are a plus.
