Job Summary
The Bar Manager is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and guest experience of Seda BGC's beverage outlets,Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Experience
• Oversee daily operations of Straight Up Bar,
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction by delivering warm, professional,
• Handle guest feedback concerns and service recovery promptly and professionally.
- Develop innovate and regularly update beverage menus cocktails and promotions aligned with market trends hotel branding.
- Collaborate with the Culinary Marketing teams for themed events promotions seasonal offerings.
