Job summary
Grows postpaid broadband acquisition in digital channels and oversees the activation of new offers and features in digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Drives postpaid acquisition and achieves targets in digital channels by launching relevant promos/campaigns that are exclusive to the channel
- Influences the messaging and targeting strategy of digital postpaid advertisements using data & insights from the channel
- Makes recommendations on relevant channel/platform/system enhancements to continuously improve customer experience
