Description:

Able to Supervise and monitor projects for buildings and civil works like drainage, pavement etc.
Able to execute and implement project cost control, site progress claims, variation order.
Able to prepare project estimates, bill of quantity and quantity take-off
Able to prepare time extension request based on daily log report, weather and other causes relevant to time extension

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Experience in the preparation of construction method, risk assessment, safe work procedure
Experience in QA/QC ISO 9000 Implementation
Experience in Estimating (Quantity Surveying)
Experience in the preparation of construction schedule using manual & computer system MS Project
Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila
Computer Literate (Microsoft project, Excel, Microsoft Word, Word perfect Basis Knowledge in Auto Cad)
