    MARKETING ASSOCIATE (FOR BOOKING CHANNELS)

    -3+ years dedicated experience in channel marketing for Airbnb's, hospitality or high-end rentals.

    -3+ years experience with US-based hospitality brands.

    -3+ years experience with organic and paid marketing methods (especially PPC Google & Facebook ads)

    -3+ years experience writing SEO-optimized listing descriptions for rooms, properties, and buildings

    -Hubspot SEO I & II certification (asset)

    -1+ years experience working with a CMS (Wordpress)

    -1+ years experience working with vacation-rental PMS systems like Track, Guesty, Hostaway (asset)

    -1+ year experience with graphic design and/or Canva

    -Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

    -Web design experience (asset)

    -Inquisitive / Asks questions.

    -Technology savvy

    -Detail-oriented

    JOB SUMMARY:

    • Manage our 100+ listings across our four portfolio states (MA, WA, NC, FL) alongside other members of the Channel Marketing team
    • Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to identify under-performing properties and tweak listings and suggest improvements to amenities
    • Ensure accuracy of information on all listings
    • Add our listings to new booking channels & be constantly finding ways to expand to potential new audiences within established markets
    • Advertise our listings in Facebook groups for specific properties (ie: Washington)
    • Pursue partnerships with university housing offices, insurance companies, travel nurse placement agencies, etc.
    • Create and update guest portals with information about property access, city and neighborhood specific guides, and other elements that will elevate our guest experience
    • Work with Property Care team to develop distinctive design & photo/video identity for each new property onboarded to the portfolio
    • Build out SEO-friendly blog content to drive more direct bookings
    • Collaborate with management on new package offerings and upsell experiences for guests
    • Develop social media as a marketing channel for our properties
