What You'll Do
- Source and attract candidates through online platforms and recruitment channels.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess fit based on approved requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing up to onboarding coordination.
- Facilitate pre-employment assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Partner with TA Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and hiring teams to align expectations and improve hiring outcomes.
- Submit daily updates on hiring progress and pipeline status.
- Support employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate closely with HR on offers, requirements, and background checks.
- Enhance candidate experience by gathering feedback and monitoring surveys.
- Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs consistently.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any related field.
- At least 1 year Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
(BPO or shared services preferred). - Experience hiring support or non-agent roles is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and employer branding.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, sourcing tools, and social/job platforms.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and professionalism.
- Able to work independently or in a team environment.
- Willing to work across multiple locations (Taguig, Pasig, Quezon City).
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of making sound hiring decisions.
