Sales Coordinator - Valenzuela

Job summary
Coordinate closely with the Sales Officer/Manager regarding inventory levels Monitor and record daily sales per outlet accurately Conduct regular store visits and coordinate with Store Supervisors to ensure timely and complete submission of Purchase Orders (POs) Ensure proper allocation coordination and timeliness of scheduled deliveries to maintain optimal inventory levels in stores Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports provide sound recommendations to address competition and improve sales performance Validate the accuracy of sales reports submitted by Promodisers identify variances recommend corrective actions Collaborate with Sales Promodisers in preparing weekly reports maintaining month-end sales reports Monitor daily attendance of Promodisers maintain active communication ensure productivity effectiveness Conduct fieldwork gather store-level data including sales turnover stock availability competitor activities pricing trends other relevant market insights
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience preferably handling SM accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented organized hardworking
- Excellent written verbal communication skills ability negotiate effectively with customers/li>Able work well under pressure meet tight deadlines/li>Capable handle confidential sensitive information professionalism strong work ethics/li>Previous experience Sales Coordination Office Sales Consignment Sales is a strong advantage
