- Manage record retrieval workflow by coordinating with custodians, prioritizing orders, and routing tasks to the appropriate departments.
- Ensure accuracy and quality by reviewing incoming records against work orders and documenting all communications, status updates, and tracking details.
- Monitor deadlines and follow-ups, escalating issues as needed and reporting daily productivity to supervisors.
- Support operational efficiency through phone coverage, workflow coordination, and other team needs in a high-volume environment.
- Experience in customer service within medical, legal, or insurance settings, with outbound call experience preferred, and the ability to manage high-volume calls professionally.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with strong time management, interpersonal skills, and a quick learning ability.
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US EST hours with a full onsite model.
