- Assisting clinicians during dental procedures and maintaining sterilization and infection control standards.
- Welcoming patients with a friendly smile, managing enquiries, appointment bookings, and administrative duties.
- Providing patient care and education, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a customer-facing role preferred.
- Knowledge of dental procedures and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer software applications.
