    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepares expenses, profit, and loss analysis of an assigned segment/division.
    • Prepares adhoc financial reports and supporting schedules as needed
    • Prepares and compiles financial data to come up with adequate BIR tax returns.
    • Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
    • Prepares journal entries relevant to the expense analysis assigned to her/him.
    • Reconciles internal management reports
    • Identifies significant movements in expense accounts on comparative periods
    • Prepares other regulatory financial reports (e.g. monthly alphalists, SEC GFFS, summary lists of sales and purchases)
    • Maintains the cost center/chart of accounts database and manages the allocation module in the ERP.

    QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting.
    • Certified Public Accountant
    • Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience
    • Considerable knowledge of the principles and practices of the functions of general ledger accounting
    • Adequate knowledge of accounting systems and software.
    • Strong work ethic with the ability to work extended hours as necessary.
