• Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, or BusinessAdministration or other relevant degree
• At least 3 years of work experience in the Hospitality Industry and Real Estate(Condominiums)
• With strong communication skills
• Willing to start immediately

• Design, develop, and propose branding and pricing strategies.
• Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts(events, email campaigns and promotional material).
• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities ofthe competitor, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary.
• Direct sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production ofpromotional materials.
