Job summary
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and closing projects within budget and meeting specific goals. They define project scope objectives deliverables develop risk mitigation strategies assemble project teams communicate roles responsibilities expectations motivate lead team members allocate resources monitor resource usage anticipate resolve conflicts establish effective communication channels provide regular project updates address issues concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Marketing IT or related field
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Project Manager with 2 years in banking industry
- Experienced digital banking project such as web mobile banking apps or digital payment platforms required
- Possesses excellent interpersonal collaboration communication written verbal skills
- Can start immediately if possible
