An Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections) is expected to:
Contact customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues
Process customer payments and apply them to customer accounts accurately and efficiently
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
Investigate and resolve any customer billing disputes
Maintain accurate records of customer account activity in the accounting system
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding customer account status and issues
Assist with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable
Other duties as assigned
