HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner, you will support leaders and employees by driving key people initiatives that strengthen culture, boost engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR processes are delivered smoothly and in compliance, while helping the business navigate change, develop talent, and manage performance effectively. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys partnering with teams, solving people challenges, and making a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support organizational development and change management initiatives based on the identified needs of the assigned business unit.
- Partner closely with the Delivery Head and act as a frontline HR consultant on all matters related to employee retention, employee engagement, talent management, talent development, labor relations, and compliance.
- Design and enhance HR processes and programs to foster a high‑performance and employee‑centric work culture.
- Conduct attrition analysis and drive focused retention initiatives.
- Facilitate engagement programs that strengthen culture, improve employee experience, and support effective retention.
- Ensure implementation of core HR processes in accordance with legal and company obligations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute HR engagement programs, policies, and processes seamlessly.
- Oversee the performance management cycle (Appraisal & Promotion), ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion.
- Champion career development initiatives, including one‑on‑one engagements, mentoring, town halls, skip‑level connects, and other available platforms.
- Drive corrective action processes in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Work with the Legal team to support timely resolution of internal and external administrative cases.
- Ensure full compliance with all critical HR policies and processes across the assigned span.
- Must possess knowledge in Employee Relations and Labor Law and be capable of independently handling end-to-end disciplinary procedures, including incident report assessment, preparation of Notices to Explain (NTE), facilitation of administrative hearings, and drafting and issuance of Notices of Decision (NOD)

- High level of accountability, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with strong stakeholder management skills
