Job summary
Plan design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure projects review project plans technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Supervise site activities monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved plans quality standards coordinate with contractors subcontractors suppliers and project stakeholders conduct site inspections prepare progress accomplishment reports ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental guidelines local government requirements prepare cost estimates project schedules material requirements resolve technical issues provide engineering solutions during project implementation review verify contractor billing variation orders project documentation.
