    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience in business performance management, strategy, or financial management within digital financial services or banking.
    • Proven ability to lead business transformation and deliver measurable strategic outcomes.
    • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling.
    • Proficiency in business intelligence tools and performance management software.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services is a plus.
