    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Independently lead and manage a team of Quality Associates to build a strong Quality culture.
    • Drive process-level quality initiatives and ensure consistent implementation.
    • Work with data to generate reports, dashboards, and deep-dive analysis.
    • Understand business requirements and address issues across multiple operational levels.
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective plan execution.
    • Interact with clients confidently, managing expectations and presenting insights professionally.
    • Deliver constructive feedback with patience and clarity, while fostering team development.
    • Adapt quickly to change, multitask effectively, and build strong interpersonal relationships.
    • Identify improvement opportunities and execute action plans at the process level.

    Key Deliverables (KRA)

    • Expert use of MS Office, quality tools, data analysis, reporting, and analytics.
    • Establish strong controls for zero-defect transaction processing.
    • Show maturity and capability in managing skilled QA resources.
    • Consistently meet or exceed client Quality targets.
    • Exhibit excellent written and spoken communication.
    • Conduct transactional quality audits, process improvements, and calibration sessions.
    • Perform root cause analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvement plans to clients.
    • Thrive under pressure and demonstrate a proactive, go‑getter approach.

    What We're Looking For

    • Strong flexibility, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Willingness to work in a 24/7 shifting environment.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and lateral thinking abilities.
    • Good understanding of the audit and evaluation function.
    • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
    • Six Sigma Green Belt certification or training is a strong advantage.
    • Understanding of business situations and the ability to address operational issues effectively.
