The company offers a range of services that make mental health services available to the average person including counseling, crisis and trauma management, financial and legal consultations, life coaching and learning sessions, and services to management. The company is located in Mandaluyong and provides its services to corporations throughout the region.

The position is responsible for providing EAP services to employees of various accounts. These are mostly individual counseling, but may also be tapped to do relationship counseling, group sessions, training, and administrative tasks in EAP services.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Provides counseling services to employees of various accounts. These are mostly individual counseling but may also be tapped to do relationship counseling and group sessions (In Person and/or Virtual).

2. Conducts group thematic sessions and training sessions in person and/or virtual.

3. Conducts follow-up sessions with clients (within the maximum number of sessions allowed in their account) until they are assured that the client's welfare, needs, and risk factor are properly addressed.

4. Prepares and submits accurate timely documentation, such as case notes, session logs, and critical case reports.

5. Assesses and ensures proper handling of critical cases.

6. Participates and attends internal meetings, touchpoints, learning sessions, case consultations, and monthly supervision to maintain and enhance their proficiency and competence.

7. Ensures compliance with PV EAP protocols, Mental Health Act, and Ethical Standards for Counseling and EAP.

1. Ensures compliance with the Data Privacy Act and protection of sensitive personal and privileged information
2. Actively participates, promotes, and supports all company-initiated programs and activities.
