    • Timekeeping via HRMESS System and monitoring of leaves/absences
    • Assist in the processing of employee government loans, quit claim, cash advance, and processing of clearance
    • Assisting employees with concerns on benefits and compensation
    • Creation of company ID

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field
    • Must have knowledge of labor laws
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Very close attention to detail
    • Must be willing to learn
    • Must be able to work in the office
