- Act as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business.
- Co-develop and facilitate the implementation of organizational effectiveness interventions thru organizational capability planning
- Develop and/or align performance management programs with key organizational goals and assist in the implementation of the performance management system.
- Manage and create (if there isn't any) the identification and development of a competency model to be used throughout various organizational programs.
- Design and implement employee development programs that support the organization's succession plan.
- Facilitate the review and updating of the company's organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Assist in the area of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development and change management.
- Create learning interventions and/or training curriculum using ADDIE
- Train and/or present different topics curated by the department
- Act as the Project Manager when new programs are to be executed based on PMS data and as mandated by the management.
- Coach and mentor (if needed) L&D and OD specialists based on their performance
- Recommend Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) targets based on one's assessment of the department and organizational needs.
