    JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    OD Functions:

    1. Act as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business.
    2. Co-develop and facilitate the implementation of organizational effectiveness interventions thru organizational capability planning
    3. Develop and/or align performance management programs with key organizational goals and assist in the implementation of the performance management system.
    4. Manage and create (if there isn't any) the identification and development of a competency model to be used throughout various organizational programs.
    5. Design and implement employee development programs that support the organization's succession plan.
    6. Facilitate the review and updating of the company's organizational structure and job descriptions.
    7. Assist in the area of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development and change management.

    L&D Functions:

    1. Create learning interventions and/or training curriculum using ADDIE
    2. Train and/or present different topics curated by the department
    3. Act as the Project Manager when new programs are to be executed based on PMS data and as mandated by the management.
    4. Coach and mentor (if needed) L&D and OD specialists based on their performance
    5. Recommend Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) targets based on one's assessment of the department and organizational needs.

    *Note: Other duties related to the responsibilities and output of the position but not included in this document may be assigned by the immediate superior.

    WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    ● Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

    ● No or very limited physical effort required.

    ● No or very limited exposure to physical risk.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    a. EDUCATION REQUIRED

    Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent

    b. EXPERIENCE

    With at least 10-year experience in Organization Development and Learning and Development, with at least 2 years of supervisory/managerial experience

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES

    ● Capable of conducting job analysis and Learning Needs Analysis (LNA)

    ● Exposure to balanced score-card and performance management system

    ● Must be research-oriented and highly analytical (qualitative and quantitative)

    ● Knowledgeable in various data-collection strategies

    ● Adept in group dynamics

    ● Excellent English technical writing and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential

    ● Can easily adapt to ever-changing dynamic of the department based on company needs

    ● Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills required

    ● Must have the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people

    ● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision

    ● Knowledgeable in principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects (blended-learning approach)

    ● Adept in principles and techniques of coaching, mentoring and performance consulting

    ● Knowledgeable adult learning theory and instructional methodologies. (learning styles and new learning strategies in the digital age)

    ● Informed in business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

    ● Design and perform needs assessments, program and training evaluations

    ● Come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem

    ● Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials

    ● Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, distance and e-learning, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.

    ● Analyze learning needs to develop new learning programs and/or modify and improve existing programs

    GREAT TO HAVE (huge advantage): Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, and has outstanding GRIT.
