    Role

    This is not a role for a passive designer. This is a role for someone who understands that in PR, visuals are not decoration. They are weapons.

    As a Graphic Designer at Publicity For Good, you are the force behind the visuals that represent our clients and brand. Your job is to create content that grabs attention, delivers the message with clarity, and builds trust at a glance. Every pixel must have a purpose. Every deadline must be met.

    You must be quick, smart, and obsessed with the details. If you require instructions or can only work under supervision, this role may not be suitable for you. We need someone who thrives under pressure, adapts fast, and thinks in visuals.

    Responsibilities

    Creative Execution

    • Create on-brand visual assets for client campaigns, social media, internal documents, and digital promotions
    • Convert written briefs, strategy calls, and raw ideas into polished designs without needing micromanagement
    • Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all design materials
    • Edit and repurpose existing graphics and videos for multiple formats and platforms

    Collaboration and Communication

    • Work closely with the Community Manager and cross-functional teams, including PR, Social, and Media
    • Participate in campaign planning and brainstorming by offering visual insight and solutions
    • Manage asset sharing and folder organization so teams always know where to find the latest materials

    Trend and Quality Awareness

    • Stay current with design, social, and industry trends to keep output modern and competitive
    • Proactively improve design quality and process effectiveness based on feedback and results

    Results

    • High-quality visuals delivered on time, every time
    • All design requests fulfilled with minimal revision and zero hand-holding
    • Asset folders are maintained with organized, easy-to-access graphics
    • Increased client and campaign performance through engaging visuals that align with messaging
    • Timely submission of creative reports and updates to track volume, effectiveness, and feedback
    • Full alignment between visual output and campaign goals, brand voice, and public-facing impact
    • Consistent design support that empowers the team to move faster and perform better

    Requirements

    • Printing Design experience is a MUST
    • 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication
    • Proven ability to produce effective design assets quickly and accurately
    • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva Pro, and other design platforms
    • Basic video editing experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software
    • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and how design impacts audience response
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Strong communication skills and a bias for execution
    • Self-starter mentality with a deep sense of ownership over creative responsibilities
