Job summary
Outbound telesales for social media role involves handling inbound and outbound interactions via phone email and social media channels generating and qualifying leads promoting selling ad packages tools solutions conducting needs analysis recommending suitable ads to clients closing sales achieving targets providing basic support maintaining accurate records following sales scripts compliance guidelines quality standards building rapport maintaining positive client relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree holder or Vocational Course graduate with no BPO experience
- SHS graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience
- Background in sales is preferred but not required Amendable to work on a shifting schedule Can work on site in McKinley Taguig City beside Venice Grand Canal Mall
