• Set up and operate industrial sewing machines.
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure they function correctly.
• Sew fabric pieces together using various stitching techniques, such as straight stitch, zigzag, and overlock.
• Seam finishing and edge stitching to ensure a polished appearance.
• Inspect completed garments for defects or irregularities and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor or quality control team.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
• Work efficiently and minimize downtime.
• Notify supervisors of any production delays or machine malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Collaborate with other sewing line operators and production team members.
• Assist in training new operators when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
