    About the Role

    As a Community Manager, you'll engage and nurture Wing's growing community of applicants and virtual assistants. You'll ensure the candidate pipeline stays warm and active, reducing drop-offs and improving conversion from application to onboarding.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow online candidate and VA communities.
    • Maintain consistent engagement campaigns.
    • Implement re-engagement strategies for inactive or delayed candidates.
    • Share updates, opportunities, and success stories that promote participation and brand loyalty.
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams.
    • Track engagement rates and community growth metrics.
    • Gather feedback from candidates and VAs.
    • Support referral drives, contests, and micro-events.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of experience in community management or marketing.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience managing Facebook groups or similar online communities.
    • Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple activities.
