Job Summary
The Sales Officer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple company-operated stores and kiosks ensuring smooth execution of sales customer service and IT-enabled systems.This role requires mobility across locations flexibility in work schedules and the ability to act as a reliever when operational support is needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned stores branches and kiosks supported by company IT systems
- Conduct regular site visits to multiple branches/kiosks to ensure operational system process compliance
- Act as a reliever for stores or kiosks requiring temporary supervisory or operational support
