- Coordinate with Security for criminal case timelines, investigations, and briefings.
- Liaise with prosecutors, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Gather evidence and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Attend hearings and prepare court documents.
- Develop and update contract templates and manage the CMS.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to protect company interests.
- Advise functions on contractual risks and ensure proper booking of transactions.
- Coordinate with Tax, Procurement, and Finance.
- Finalize contract terms and ensure accurate execution.
- Provide day‑to‑day legal advice across functions.
- Conduct legal research on issues affecting operations.

Role Overview:
The Legal Counsel is responsible for providing advice concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations, interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses, analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents and evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Requirements:
We seek preferably a graduate of any law degree under Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (JD) with at least 5 years of Law Firm experience and at least 3-5 years of experience as an in-house lawyer for a multinational organization who possesses skills in People Management, Negotiation, Business background, and liaising with government agencies.
