    The B2C Acquisition Head is responsible for leading the organization's end‑to‑end consumer acquisition efforts. This includes managing the full customer acquisition funnel—from partner or channel activation to customer registration and initial product usage. The role ensures that growth initiatives deliver high-quality customers efficiently while overseeing the teams responsible for activation, client success, and marketing alignment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the complete consumer acquisition funnel from partner activation to first product use.
    • Develop and scale multi-channel acquisition strategies, including partner networks, digital campaigns, and on-ground activation.
    • Allocate acquisition budgets to channels that deliver high-quality, cost-efficient customer growth.
    • Manage acquisition metrics such as cost per lead, cost per conversion, and cost per activated customer.
    • Use data dashboards and performance analytics to track conversion and channel effectiveness.
    • Optimize or discontinue channels based on performance and long-term scalability.
    • Ensure new customers meet quality standards by monitoring early indicators such as activation success, initial behavior, or product adoption.
    • Lead the team responsible for onboarding and activating partners or employers as acquisition channels.
    • Support partner launch activities, engagement programs, and ongoing performance tracking.
    • Identify underperforming partners and implement corrective measures.
    • Work closely with Marketing to design and execute activation campaigns aligned with acquisition goals.
    • Collaborate on message design, targeting, offers, and campaign timing to improve conversions.
    • Test and refine creative assets, incentives, and channels to drive growth.
    • Partner with Product teams to streamline onboarding, registration flows, and activation steps.
    • Conduct experiments on messaging, process improvements, and incentives to enhance customer conversion.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Senior experience in fintech, lending, or consumer financial services with direct ownership of acquisition or growth outcomes
    • Acquisition Discipline: Proven ability to manage CAC, funnels, and channel economics — not just volume
    • Commercial Judgment: Strong instinct for distinguishing real growth from subsidized or low-quality growth
    • Data Fluency: Comfortable operating with dashboards, cohorts, and performance analytics
    • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to tightly orchestrate Client Success, Marketing, Product, Risk, and Partnerships
    • Bias to Ownership: Comfortable being accountable for outcomes, not just inputs
