- The Director of Stewarding is responsible for all aspect for the set-up, manage daily kitchen and restaurant utility operations and stewarding staff in accordance with the pre-determined schedule and standards; according to the sanitation and safety working standards and procedures. Including dish room operations, day/night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance and banquet operations.
- Maintain the high performance level with maximum efficiencies and able to recommend strategic plans for improvements across all properties.
- Previous experienced in similar job role or minimum 15-20year experience in stewarding positions.
- Familiar with the Philippines Labor Market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Best Business Practice.
- Excellent people management knowledge.
- Work inside and continuously maneuver in and around all areas of the kitchen and outlets.
- Work at a computer terminal during the shift and sit for long periods of time.
- Possess good manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including computer, fax machine, printer and photocopy machine.
- Respond to visual and aural cues.
