Job summary
The HR Associate will perform various tasks in attendance and vacancy monitoring, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and compliance, compensation and benefits administration, incident reporting, payroll processing, ATM management contract management employee records management COE ID & forms management reports documentation NTE monitoring decision report habitual absences report ATM monitoring no ATM report PPE monitoring report 13th month pay deduction weekly attendanceQualifications: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources BS Psychology or related field At least 2 years of experience in HR roles within the construction industry preferred fresh graduates are welcome to apply In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets Strong organizational multitasking skills Excellent communication interpersonal abilities High level of integrity confidentiality Monitor/report employee absences vacancies daily
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources BS Psychology or related field
