Salary
Marketing Associate - Php 25,000 per month
Marketing Supervisor - Php 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote motorcycle

aftermarket parts and accessories in the Philippines market.

• Participate in market research activities to identify trends, consumer preferences, and

competitor activities in the motorcycle industry.

• Assist in creating engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including

social media, websites, email newsletters, print materials, and events.

• Support the coordination of marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with internal

teams and external partners to ensure successful execution.

• Gain experience in managing social media platforms and online communities, engaging with

followers, and driving brand awareness.

• Assist in analyzing marketing performance metrics and tracking KPIs to measure the

effectiveness of marketing efforts.

• Provide support to sales teams by assisting in the development of sales tools, promotional

materials, and training resources.

• Embrace opportunities for on-the-job training and skill development in marketing,

demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Genuine passion for motorcycles and a keen interest in motorcycle spare parts and

accessories.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Positive thinking and a proactive attitude toward problemsolving.
• Fluency in English and Filipino languages.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally and work nontraditional hours, including evenings and

weekends, as needed.
