    IVF Asia Group is looking for a results-driven Sales Associate who thrives in client-facing roles and knows how to turn inquiries into lasting relationships. If you enjoy engaging with clients, hitting targets, and being part of a growing healthcare organization, this role is for you.

    You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients—guiding them through our services, understanding their needs, and helping them take the next step with confidence.

    What You'll Do

    • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and in person
    • Engage clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable services
    • Clearly explain products and services to support informed decision-making
    • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close sales
    • Maintain accurate and updated client records in the system
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
    • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
    • Address client concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
    • Share client feedback and insights to help improve sales strategies

    What We're Looking For

    • 2–5 years of experience in inbound sales or customer-facing roles
    • Proven ability to engage, persuade, and close clients
    • Confident communicator with strong English proficiency
    • Solid understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Available to start immediately
