    Universal Robina Corporation is looking for Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Officer.

    As a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Officer, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent for our organization. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting our talent acquisition efforts.     Responsibilities

    • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment :
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
    • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
    • Create salary analysis with Total Rewards Team
    • Conduct job offer presentation with candidate
    • Conduct new hire onboarding
    • Employer Branding :
    • Roll out a strong employee value proposition.
    • Plan and execute employer branding initiatives.
    • Promote our company culture, values, and unique selling points.
    • Create compelling content for recruitment marketing (blogs, videos, social media).
    • Craft employee stories.
    • Create compelling social media content.
    • Develop a strong employer value proposition.
    • Engage employees as brand ambassadors.
    • Candidate Experience :
    • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate journey.
    • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates.
    • Continuously improve recruitment processes.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting :
    • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Employee Referral Programs :
    • Design and manage employee referral programs.
    • Encourage employees to refer qualified candidates.
    • Collaboration and Partnerships :
    • Work closely with HR, marketing, and leadership teams.
    • Build relationships with external partners (universities, industry associations).
    • Employment Brand Advocacy :
    • Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
    • Promote our company's purpose, values and ambition.
    • Event Planning and Participation :
    • Organize and participate in recruitment events (career fairs, webinars, etc.).

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
    • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or related roles.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proficient in design tools.
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools and technology.
    • Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
    • Passion for creating an inclusive and engaging workplace.
