Job Description: CALL CENTER AGENT ( Local Account)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers' needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products, services and policies
Schedule Client Appointments to appropriate parties
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering customer assistance and support
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
- Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
- Up sell products and services
Qualification:
- With 6 months experience in BPO industry
- At least high school graduate
- Work Schedule: 10AM- 7PM (6 Days a week)
SALARY:
*Minimum Salary high school grad, with 3-6 months experience, whole incentives
*PHP 22,000 with call center experience, college graduate, but half incentives
