Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Health Nurse. The Occupational Health Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care and clinical services to employees, conducting occupational health assessments, identifying and managing occupational health hazards, coordinating health and wellness programs, maintaining a reporting and recording system, and ensuring the preparation, review, and timely submission of any health–related reports to Management or responsible government agencies as may be required such as but not limited to, annual medical report (form DOLE/BWC/HSD/OH.47), and other monitoring reports. The role is located in Caloocan City.Qualifications
