Legal Counsel Manager

Salary Range:
PHP150,000 - PHP250,000/month

Preferred Work Location:
Mandaluyong City & Cebu CityResponsibilities:Ensure compliance of internal and client projects with data privacy laws, regulations, and commitments.
Draft and maintain company standards reflecting legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
Develop and deliver global privacy training, offering guidance on jurisdiction-specific considerations.
Support client assessments and contract negotiations.
Provide proactive advice on data privacy for new services, projects, and initiatives.
Stay updated on technology trends and deliver internal guidance and training.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.


Requirements:
Law Degree5-7 years of global data privacy experienceCertifications in data privacy, data governance, or Information Security are a plus.
Strong leadership experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to operationalize and implement strategy and policies.
Decisive with a practical, results-focused approach.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
