Universal Robina Corporation is looking for an Agile Coach (Junior Level).
- Provides assistance in the transformation of URC's business units into agile ways of working through the following initiatives:
- Partners with the business unit stakeholders and Agile COE on setting up agile squads and capability
- Monitors and assists in the stand-up and integration process of agile squads to ensure efficient adoption and practice of agile ways of working
- Organize and supports Agile related events with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. strategic planning, rewards & recognition, yearend celebration, agile community)
- Maintains a database of agile practitioners in the organizations
- Leads Agile PMO related projects such as process improvements and dashboard enhancements
- Analyzes and presents agile survey results and recommendations to the stakeholders
Qualifications/Requirements
- College graduate, any degree. Preferably with good scholastic records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- One (1) full-time position available.
- Willing to learn, and adaptable to working with different groups.
- Fresh graduate with high potential to lead is encouraged to apply.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions effectively.
