    Key responsibilities of this role include:
    • Collaborating with various departments to elevate guest experiences throughout their stay, fostering memorable moments.
    • Proactively gathering and analyzing guest feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Providing comprehensive training to staff members to ensure a shared commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.
    • Personalizing the guest experience through thoughtful gestures and attention to detail.
    • Coordinating with event planners to ensure exceptional experiences for special events hosted at the resort.
    • Demonstrating leadership in crisis management situations to prioritize guest safety and comfort.
    • Regularly assessing and adjusting guest experience initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.

    Job Requirements:
    • A graduate of any course with a genuine passion for creating magical guest experiences.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
    • Previous experience in hospitality management, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
    • Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to innovate.
