- Fluent in Mandarin or Korean and English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Certified language proficiency (TOPIK for Korean), with a preference for advanced level certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of college education, preferably in fields related to tourism, hospitality, communication, or languages.
- Ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm local time of China and Korea, Monday to Friday, including potential holidays. But please disclose that this is shifting schedule just in case.
