Job summary
The Payroll Manager will provide timely and accurate payment of salaries wages and associated deductions in compliance with relevant awards employment agreements Superannuation Acts Taxation Acts and other policies.Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess complex problems for payroll including escalations creating solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing payroll goals and objectives but may act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
