    Your Role

    The Loan Documentation Review Officer handles document validation and pre-implementation review of both Consumer and Corporate accounts prior to loan implementation

    Ensures that the terms and conditions and other pertinent documents of accounts are in place prior to endorsement for booking

    Your Impact

    • To establish, implement, review and supervise the credit documentation process and compliance checking (pre-implementation) of accounts and ensure that all terms and conditions indicated on the approval are in order
    • To supervise, monitor and ensure that all documentation and pre-implementation requests and reporting meet with the agreed turn-around-time (TAT)
    • To supervise the transmission of documents to Collateral Document Management for proper safekeeping
    • To ensure that all required reports are complete and accurate prior to sending to the concerned units

    Your Profile

    • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience Banking, specifically with loans review and administration
    • With strong background on documentation and compliance review for both consumer and commercial loan.
    • Intermediate to advance level in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
    • With Initiative to seek opportunities for process improvement
    • Systematic and has adept understanding of good housekeeping
