- Prepare timesheet within compensation schedule in compliance with organization's policies, contracts, laws and agreement
- Communicate and endorse payroll concerns to third party provider
- Monitor leave management, Keeps track of filed leaves such as vacation, sick, emergency, maternity, including absences and lates
- Conducting annual salary surveys
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company's salary budget
- Settle incident reports, conduct admin hearing, creating memos by imposing disciplinary or corrective action
- Coaching, counseling, and consultation to employees
- Ensures strict observance of company policies and inform everyone for all updated policies
- Monitors employee performance improvement plan
- Evaluate the performance of employees for regularization, promotion, demotion, or transfer
- Maintaining, revising and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee's individual files and upload through the employee portal
- Issue appointment letters, employment contracts, certifications, prepare internal memos and other internal communications
- Submits reports for separation, terminated, and AWOL employees
- Make sure to conduct exit interview and provide clearance form to separating employees
- Plan and administer training and development programs for employees and development plans
- Create HR programs for efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Coordinate closely with immediate heads pertaining to employee's behavior under their watch
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge updates for Human Resources/People and Culture by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies regarding Human Resources
- Develop, implement, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track employee engagement trends.
- Promote open and transparent communication channels within the organization.
- Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs
- Develop and coordinate wellness initiatives, programs, and activities to support employees' physical and mental health, including stress management and work-life balance.
- Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals and culture.
- Organize and manage employee events, such as team-building activities, volunteer opportunities, and social gatherings, to strengthen interpersonal relationships and team cohesion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and/or related field is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant/People and Culture Assistant or any relevant human resources/administrative position
- Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
