    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Develop an in-depth understanding of consumers and competitors – the businessenvironment in which the brands compete including category segments, channels, and targetaudience through the analysis of available data and information.
    • Support the formation of a strong brand strategy, including identification of gaps andgrowth opportunities within the market, clear brand differentiation, and well-craftedportfolio and mix, giving the brand both short- and long-term wins.
    • Craft robust communication strategy for brand campaigns with convincing and appealingassets, delivering single minded messaging to consumers in the most effective channels forthe target audience.
    • Strategic project management, building project timelines and defining key milestones andresponsibilities for effective progress and On Time in Full (OTIF) launches of marketingcommunications & executions.
    • Translate marketing strategy and plans for commercial teams and close coordination withsales team to ensure executions aligned to strategy.
    • Identify issues and opportunities in the consumer journey across different touchpoints andoptimize for higher conversion & translation to sales.
    • Close coordination with the commercial teams on marketing executions.
    • Develop digital marketing strategy that optimizes online consumer journey and links offlineto online with a seamless omni channel approach.
    • Develop, monitor, and refine objectives for digital marketing, touchpoints, and platforms.
