    Salary: 33, ,000 PHP a month

  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents and brokers, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct market research and compile property listings, market reports, and comparative market analysis (CMAs) for clients.
  • Assist in coordinating property showings, open houses, and virtual tours, and maintain records of property listings and client interactions.
  • Manage and update databases, CRM systems, and other software platforms used in real estate transactions.
  • Communicate with clients, prospects, and vendors via email, phone, and virtual meetings, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Assist with drafting and editing marketing materials, listing presentations, and property descriptions.
  • Coordinate contracts, agreements, and documentation related to real estate transactions, and track deadlines and milestones.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients, gather feedback, and provide updates on property listings and market trends.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and expense tracking for real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with real estate team members and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent additional certification or coursework in real estate administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology, processes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, CRM software, and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and workspace conducive to virtual work.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or graphic design is a plus.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive real estate information.
