Job summary
Develop implement and maintain KYC and AML policies for real estate companies Draft and review compliance documents internal policies and procedures Conduct policy checks and regulatory assessments across group companies Ensure compliance for fund management operations mandatory regulatory requirements Oversee compliance requirements for payment service provider applications transactions Ensure regulatory compliance for cryptocurrency applications services Liaise with regulators banks auditors external partners Handle client needs including ODX other institutional clients Monitor updates ensure timely implementation organization.
